Having just moved into this home we were keen to get the carpets cleaned to get rid of dust from painting and to freshen them.
Jodi the salesperson was a great communicator making a couple of calls before our work was due to remind us of the visit.
Darren was the technician working on the carpets and he did a great job. He made us aware of the wear and tear in certain areas and also the discolouration stains. The carpet looked significantly better when he had finished.

Darren is indeed a master technician! He was able to get out stains from my furniture that I thought were there for life. My 1990's furniture looks like new. The service from the office and from Darren is the best. KUDOS to your company!

Excellent trouble free communication with Christine prior the cleaning. Darren called the morning of as promised and he arrived on pronto time! His business card says he is a Master Technician. Well he may be that, but I’m telling you he’s a magician too. Our filthy, never been cleaned in 10 years carpets are like brand new. Darren just saved us a Re carpeting job.
