Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

This was an Insurance claim, joints appear all swollen, entire basement floor does not lay flat...What we thought was an installation problem, turned out to be the planks..Ones out of the box never installed are not flat. Have had ZERO help from the Lloydminster outlet for warranty. No reply to emails.
