Long story short...the hinge needs replacing...in his defense Blair the owner did come by once to repair it while we waited for a new hinge...on the three occasions that he did answer his phone he promised to come we waited and he didn't show up. And...once he has your number he doesn't answer your calls...so we had to call from other numbers (friends/family) just to get him to answer...more promises more no shows. Can not believe that some one would take so little pride in their work. So...if you hire him hope there are no problems because you will be hiring someone else to fix them.
