Purchased three windows from Verdun, to replace three older windows. Johnathon and his helper did an excellent job on the installation. Used drop mats throughout the rooms. Chris and his coworker did a great job. Clean and professional, the way I like it. Window was intalled in short time, excellent caulking job, everything looks good. both were very polite and mindful not to dirty our floors.

Personnel showed at the mentioned time. The patio and window replacement were conducted quickly and efficiently, given that

I signed a contract of 33 windows and 1 patio door on October 5, 2018 with Verdun Windows and Doors, and paid a deposit of $6,850 on October 11, 2018. As per contract, the company should supply and install all the windows and patio door within 22-24 weeks following the contract date.

Now, more than 26 weeks has been passed, the company has not completely supplied and installed the windows. There are still two windows to be installed and a patio door not ready for installation. Windows installed on the third level of my house are missing screens, which should have been supplied and installed as per contract. For the patio door, the company even told me that I have to wait until May 2019 for the installation.

One of Sales of the company, who has written the contract, made one bedroom’s only window as fixed by mistakes, which should be operable. In the draft contract which I still have a copy, the bedroom window is operable, but I was not aware that it was changed to a fixed window in the final contract.

I sent my concerns to the company. They had Max responded quickly and proposed a solution, which I am quite happy about. I am waiting for their solution carrying out.

We had a broken window that required a custom build to replace. Mario’s installation team arrived on time, completed the install efficiently, and left the work area very clean. The staff were friendly and clearly very skilled.

I am very pleased with the work done by Verdun windows. The installers were experienced and very knowledgeable of their work. No breaks taken they worked non stop with efficiency and delivered a high quality installation.

The team was wonderful. They were quite polite. Explain everything and I was quite happy with the service. I will use them again without doubt. No mess and so professional. Best service in a long time.

Front entry and rear sliding doors replaced. The front door was a relatively straightforward job but the sliding door was much more "challenging". The previous installation was a mess with two doors offset from each other with a new frame built inside the original to adjust for a change in door sizes. The installers removed the mess and did a proper job. They even salvaged and reused our existing over-sized trim pieces. They were friendly and communicative throughout, and tidied up after themselves as they went. Couldn't be happier.

Sales service was amazing. Erin was so efficient knowledgeable and personable. Installers were great. Couldn’t believe they did it all in one day. Great !!!! Products installation and clean up great!!!
