Verdun Windows And Doors

Totally dissapointed with Verdum Windows. Ordered 2 windows and 1 door on Aug 6, 2021. was told to expect installation on late Oct or Nov.
Windows (Ground floor Living room and Upstairs Bedroom). Windows were installed on May 4 2022. Screens were provided fo the opening windows in the bedroom but not for the Living room. I was told it would be dropped off as soon as it was ready.
Still waiting !!!.
Door was partially installed on June 16, 2022. The alarm contact was removed with the old door and not replaced. The installer told me to call my alrm company and have them install a wireless door contact without knowing any thing about my alarm systm. Trim for panel beside door was not done. The installer at first denied that it was on the work order and then said he did not know how to do it.
There were 2 futile attempts to finish the job on June 27 and July 19.
Finally some work was done on Aug 9 but the job was not well done. A complaint to my salesman has not resulted in a satisfactory resolution.
I am also waiting for a piece of aluminum promised to complete the door sill.
On the advise of my salesman I purchased a retracting screen door in June but have been unable to install it as I am still waiting for them to finish the door sill.
Received voice mail on Aug 26 saying all the parts were on order ( no details) and she would call me next week to schedule an appoint .....no call yet.
Received an email on Aug 29 that they are "expecting an ETA of Nov 29, 2022.
As the days are getting shorter and darker earlier I felt that I should not wait any longer to reinstall the light beside the front door. Because of the type of material used and the way it was installed the light cannot be installed properly but at least I now have a workin light.
I chose Verdon because of the reputation they enjoyed at the time I placed my order however my experience has been a total dissapointment.
