Never again! Was told I'd be informed of the cost of the part to be replaced in my Kohler toilet (Fill Valve). The on site plumber didn't tell me the cost of the part, just the total for the service and mentioned that they don't use the same as the Kohler part. Turns out the cost of the part was less than $24 US as they used a "universal" replacement part and not a Kohler product. This would make the cost of their service call over $100 CDN. That's $100 plus for 15 minutes work. Like a fool, I paid. I've got company coming and needed the toilet. Ron's prices are way out of line. I regret using them and you will too when you get their bill!
