Very bad experience. They did not respect the signed contact and they are careless.
1. I had signed a contract for 2 men for 1 hour in order to move furniture that I could not move alone. On the day of the move I am told that there will be 3 guys and that I will need to pay more for the 3rd guy. I had to refuse the extra charge many times because that is not what I had signed for. After insisting on the fact that I did not need an extra man they dropped the extra charge. If you decide to go with them for you move, beware.
2. The are careless. Right from when they started working it seemed like a race to get finished. Everything had to get done very quickly while disregarding the walls and doors. Our front door, which is covered with metal was dented and scratched. My wife and I were outraged by their carelessnesss. For the movers it seemed funny and they even minimized the damages with puny jokes. My wife and I were not impressed. The movers then admitted to scratching the door but then after speaking to their boss they denied everything. We must now replace or fix the door before the next owner moves in, in the next few days.
In the end it will have cost me more to get the door fixed than this whole move did. I do not recommend this company at all.
