Installed 2 new furnaces, on 2 different visits. Easy to book for quote and install, arrived on time, nice technicians. All work completed before they left. Furnaces have worked well, one is now a year old. Gas permit inspectors laughed, said they really didn't even need to come out for final inspection, as Action Furnace always does good work without any problems or deficiencies. That's high praise from people who are required to be "picky"!

A/C was running without fan although thermostat was set to heat. Nicholas diagnosed problem with incompatible thermostat that should have been discovered when A/C was installed. He replaced the thermostat and tuned up furnace and humidifier. Nicholas was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
