I am on an annual contract. Noah was absolutely wonderful. He took time to explain everything to me. I am 80 years old and he so kindly even shoveled my front walk. I would highly recommend Action Furnace to anyone. Noah I would give a 10 Star.

They charged me an extra $220 for a simple gas pressure test and told me its not included in general diagnostics. Their competitors include it in general diagnostics. I paid $98 for diagnostics and $220 for gas pressure test.

Techs Jacob and Stefan were very professional and did a very thorough job. Just before they left went over what the work that they completed.

If you know what repairs are required, they will not quote you on the repair unless you spend $100 for them to come to site to decide what repairs are required. Save you're money and spend it elsewhere, somewhere without poor business practices.

They went beyond to get the job done for me and great working team players

We had Action Furnace do an annual inspection a couple months ago, when the technician (Tara) found a problem with our heat exchanger, which was still under warranty. A new exchanger was ordered; it arrived a week ago, and we had another technician (Nicholas) come to to
the work. He was extremely pleasant, efficient and competent, the work was done in about 3 hours. He also provided us with numerous photos detailing the problem. All our experiences with Action Furnace personnel have been extremely easy and pleasant. They are very approachable and competent, and we couldn't recommend them any higher.
