I purchased a BBQ from Porky's just before Christmas. I was informed at the time of purchase that the grill was back-ordered and it would not be in stock untill early 2013. I was a little dissapointed as I wanted to use a BBQ for New Years eve. The sales man said that Porky's would drop off one of their rental BBQ's free of charge so I could grill at my party. They dropped off a large comercial grill and left it for me to use untill my new bbq came in. Once my Weber was in stock they called and switched out the loaner for the new grill. I thought customer service was dead, I will only shop at Porky's for any BBQ and fireplace items I may need from now on.
