Sales & Service of patio umbrella
I had fallen in love with a rather large, red umbrella that was on display at the south location.
The salesman was fun to deal with and I decided to splurge on this rather amazing umbrella that was perfect for setting up over my patio furniture (also bought at the south location) and it also swings around to cover over top the hot tub. It was ideal.
A few days after it was delivered to my home I noticed it was getting harder and harder to unwind the reel and one day the mechanism broke. I called them to explain the situation and they were quick to come by, pick up the umbrella, fix the problem at their shop and return it to me with no extra cost or troubles. It was great service and I appreciated the efficiency and timeliness. I haven't had issues with the umbrella since.
I recommend the south location for their fun and friendly sales staff as well as for the great service after the purchase.
