Fellas from Oosterveldt were very professional, friendly, and quick! We have twice used Oosterveldt for some small changes to the heating system as part of our renovation project. Very happy with the work both times, and quick response and follow-up.

We could not control our thermostat and in the spring had a technician come out. During the last heat wave we tried to turn on the air conditioning and realized the first tech had fixed nothing. Oosterveld was really friendly and helpful and sent Simon out who was efficient, knowledgeable and answered my many questions patiently while replacing our thermostat. He was really upfront and honest in helping us decide what model we should buy. Really friendly guy too. Needless to say we were thrilled to have it fixed so promptly and slept a lot better that night. Great customer service Simon!

Simon consistently provides outstanding service. He is extremely knowledgeable and very sincere. He explains everything clearly and answers all questions. He has serviced both units for over nine years now (since the purchase of this home.) I am very satisfied.

had furnace and air conditioner put in by Oosterveld in Aug 2017
air conditioner would not come on this year right beofre the long weekend in July. initially due to my schedule and their's they would not be able to come out until the following week but put me on a short list to come out earlier if able. They came the same day - airconditioner fixed

Adam was on time, very polite and friendly. He went directly to the unit outside, checked it, cleaned the grill where needed and tested accordingly. He then came into the house and basement with his shoes covered and tested the return air flow temperature. He the explained that everything was ok. Super job!

We have a maintenance agreement with Oosterveld so they remind me when to book a check up. I then received an email notification with a picture of the technician stating when they would be arriving. He let me know when things were done and what was needed. Everything was great.

Installed new furnace and central air. Very friendly team, worked efficiently - everything looks tidy and professional. They were happy to answer all my questions, and walk me through everything that was done.

Jeff arrived as scheduled, got right to work and did a great job. His communication skills and ability to work with a client are refreshing as I was at that time dealing with a cabinet installer from another firm with no communication skills at all

Great service at every step in the process from sales to the installation technicians and the office staff. Any questions I had were welcomed and thoroughly answered. I can't think of anything that could be improved upon, from a customer perspective. I would highly recommend Oosterveld to my family and friends.
