Installing a heat-pump was a big decision for us.... and we had dozens of questions and a couple of concerns..... Mike was amazing and had so much time to help us navigate the options and solve our concerns (one being minimizing damage to our finished basement). Maintemp's quote was competitive and the installation plan communicated thoroughly. The crew were careful, respectful, and talented.
