Great quality product and good installation but the customer service was so poor and the communication was even worse. Went with them for the quality however dealing with them just isn’t worth the headache. Delays happen which is understandable however the way they deal with it is unacceptable. Never giving updates unless you chase them up and even then they stall to buy time rather than being upfront. I only recommend dealing with this company if you have a lot of time on your hands to spend making sure they hold up their end of the work. Going elsewhere for my new flooring fireplaces and custom built ins.
