My patio glass door needed the plastic rollers changed. That was done and the door works well. However, I was charged $60 for parts and $220 labour for two men. They sat in my driveway for 10 minutes before coming to the front door and the job was completed in 20 minutes. Two men were not required for this job. I have lifted the patio door out of the frame many times alone to clean the windows so double manpower was not needed. The young men were very friendly but this whole service is way over priced.

Hi Carla-Jayne, Sorry you believe the service was over priced but we don't know till we get to site how large the patio doors will be so it is our policy so none of our staff get back injuries to send a 2 man crew which is $220 an hour with a 1 hour minimum charge.
