I found them to be very reasonably priced and upfront. Rare nowadays. Really love supporting a local family run business.

Brendan, installer AJ, and electrician Albert did very good work. Communication was honest. No pressure sales. Clean work. I’m very satisfied with my beautiful and warm new fireplace.

I had HHC install a fireplace for me in 2018. Brendan was very knowledgable and helped us select a fireplace that would meet our needs. The installation crew were awesome and left the house (interior/exterior) tidy.

Flash forward, and I had Brendan provide me a quote for an ac relocation. He provided a very competitive quote, but unfortunately the job could not be completed due bylaw concerns. Overall, I recommend HHC.

My. Furnace went on a Friday night ,I email Brendan right away about an estimate, I used them before for my AC replacement which they did an awesome job and fast …. Brendan got back to me right away … sent someone the next day …. The technicians are super friendly, work was amazing quality and no mess left behind .. they had me up and running in no time .. When I researched a replacement for the existing fireplace in my basement Brendan of Hamilton Home Comfort provided useful advise and competitive pricing for the chosen Regency U39 stove.
The Regency fireplace developed electronic control problems within a day of installation. Hamilton Home Comfort provided excellent customer service in dealing with the stove manufacturer Regency for warranty replacement parts. I must recommend Brendon the technician who diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty parts efficiently.
A company demonstrates it's customer commitment when a problem arises, HHC came through trumps in this instance.

We are seniors and recently my husband had a stroke and lost his sight to 50 per cent. We got the pilot light of our fireplace started but could not get the flames to come on. After reading on U tube and turning the dial to on still no flames so we thought it was broken.
After explaining to the service man what was happening he said he would fit it in. He was here for about 2 minutes telling me how old and ugly my fireplace was and then told me to turn the thermostat up. So I did and it worked. I was stunned that that could not have been done via telephone. He charged us $175 for the two minutes. I will give them a 1 for coming out same day.
