Company is very disorganized. Our job was forgotten and I had to continuously remind Leslie of the job. Not sure if they are too busy or just poorly organized. The salesperson Leslie failed to communicate the complete job to their installers so the missed a portion. Not a big deal. It has been over 1.5 months and still no one back to finish the job. Don't worry their billing department is on top of the $300 I held back until the job was finished. The work is decent but poor communication and I will probably have to hire someone else to finish the job left unfinished.
