Gutters and snow retention on metal roof

Owner did estimate and never once mention that gutters on metal roof had no warranty while on reg roof it had 25 year warranty. Next a snow retention was suggested and installed for an extra $490. Following spring snow retention all ripped off and screw holes all over my metal roof. Installer had screwed this contraction to metal only. No wood under. Just 4 inches higher there was a row of screws where metal roof was attached to wood. Dahhh!!! Owner called...all he wants to do is a butch up job. Put silicon in holes ..daaahh!!! No wood under....and screws on top...... no excuses whatsoever. No refund whatsoever either. Not a company you want to deal with !!!!
