My insurance company sent Doug Smith of Paul Davis Restoration to my flooded home. Mr. Smith was more than accommodating and got to work immediately, pumping and drying the basement floors. Mr. Smith was professional in assuring all damage was recorded, photographed and presented to my insurance company in a timely manner. Next, I met John (Doug's Business partner).
