It started well, but immediately they had the deposit and started work, they don't care and are unpretending that they are all about ripping you off. They charge even for changing the color of the vent register from standard white to taupe (same matterial and design). Something other builders let you select free-of-charge. They built the same model side-by-side and back-to-back with the adjacent homes and still charged me for architectural conditioning. Watchout for that term (Architectural Condition) in the agreement and don't sign to it. They hide under that clause to rip you off. They should be awarded the worst builder of the year since when they had their last trophy (almost ten years ago). Don't be fooled by how nice the show home agents are initially, they are the same frontiers they will use to rip you off.

Well since my last review of Morrison a lot has changed. They stepped up. I will keep my fingers crossed as we move into the new house. Do a proper research before buying , take the time to read thoroughly through any document before you sign even at the different selection stores. Get a picture of what you are choosing and see a sample how the installation look like

I have purchased house from Morrison Homes. Overall quality for house is good. I had some issues with house, which they have fixed. Their warranty person is always helpful and explain in details. They have fixed roof and plumbing issue even after warranty expires.

Only in our home for 7 years, have to replace an outside door due to problems since we moved in, just discovered that the frame is not even close to square. Home builder of the year ?!? NOT.

I met with Brian from Morrison Homes in Evansridge and he was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured into anything and Brian always immediately addressed any of my questions and provided a professional service. The process of building a house with Morrison was stress free and I was very impressed with the quality of service and the indepth follow up provided. Brian always kept me in the loop with the building process which was extremely reassuring and made this experience more enjoyable. I would certainly recommend Morrison to anyone looking at building a new home with a professional builder.
