The service and product we received were excellent. However, when my husband made the first point of contact, he discussed, with the sales person, a specific payment option, which was one of the reasons we decided to use Skylights Unlimited.
Turns out they didn't uphold their end of the agreement and refused to go back and invoice us correctly. They claimed they couldn't redo invoices. We run a business and guess what, we redo invoices for people all the time. It's called good business. This was their error and they did not take responsibility for it. Not impressed

And,although we know you would like to save on the cost of the job by doing a portion in cash, in retrospect we really don't want to do that and want to keep our business 100% legitimate, that way our clients can have a full and honest receipt with a full warranty on paper.
