The worst company to deal with
We hired this company to do our septic tank. They told us the septic system would last 25 to 30 years without any problems. And that every 67 years we are to pump the system. This year which is our seventh year another company told us the tank is disintegrating. We called onsiteseptic and they will not take any responsibility and blame the manufacturer for the disintegration. They also said that it was something we were doing or putting in the water but we're not doing anything because I have allergies and cannot use any chemicals. But they refused to help us out. When you call Penny talks over you and you can't get a word in edgewise. Save yourself the trouble and don't deal with them. Find another company and make sure the tank that there installing you get a warranty or guarantee
