Kitchen Planning & Renovation review in North York

I engaged this company to provide a facelift to my kitchen. It did not take long to realize just how incompetent these people are. I don't think they are malevolent; they just don't understand what it takes to provide good customer service. Stay clear of this outfit if you value your time and money and you will have avoided a whole lot of frustration. What could this company do to improve their services?: - get a proper kitchen designer on staff who can visualize the end product and be able to provide a 3D blueprint with specs - supervise the job - follow up with customers after every site visit
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: - go with a reference from someone you know who was satisfied. I was not able to do this since I don't know anyone near me that had this type of work done. ** I chose this outfit after deciding that the others did not meet my minimum criteria
