I purchased a mattress from Alta Moda Furniture. In late June, i contacted the owner regarding the sagging mattress under warranty. I have been waiting 3 months for someone to take responsibility to help settle this matter. After numerous phone calls, i am still being given the run around. As of today, September 25 2019, when i told the owner daughter that if this matter is not resolved by October 1, 2019 i would take Alta Moda Furniture to court. Within 10 minutes, the owner called me from his cell phone and cursed me out and told me to take him to court. Shame on him and his lack of customer service as the owner of
the business. I have given him a lot of business over the years.
