Ritchie's Carpet Warehouse

I had some insurance work done in August of 2010. I went to Ritchies and picked out flooring for my bathroom and kitchen.
I noticed that the flooring in the bathroom had a bubble in it in April and called Ritchies to set something up. On two occasions, I left a messages for the salesperson assigned and he never called back. in another 2 wks I called him & he said he would get on it. 2 wks later, still hadn't heard from him. Talked to him, he said he had assigned to someone else. He had a sub call me who said he would be there Tuesday. Still haven't seen him. Called Ritchies today. Salesperson implied they were too busy to deal with my small problem and what did I expect. He was to have his manager call me. We will see
