Terrible sales experience

Have been trying for almost 3 weeks to order some trim & doors and simply cannot get anyone to respond to their emails much less answer the phone. One of the sales guys or the admin answers their emails periodically but not how to actually pay and place the order. I finally gave up and went to an alternative supplier where the experience was a 10/10.
