All was good with product I picked. Delivery was right on schedule. Would recommend hardwood ect to anyone. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. But you get what you pay for.

The customer service was good getting my business. Delivery was on time, but very disappointed in the product. I was told I bought #1 grade Brazilian Cherry Hardwood. We'll after I started to lay the floor in found 10 to 12 pieces that were already cut with the groove end missing. Then some of the boards we not 3 1/4 wide. Some were slightly wider or narrower. I called the store back to voice my concern, nothing was done and no call back from them either. Make sure you double check their products before taking it home.
