Learn from my mistake. Do Not hire this company for any job. I hired Prodigy Windows solutions on Oct 23, 2020 to do a Privacy tint on our front Bay windows..The owner of the company, showed up to our house late. He gave me a discount if I paid in full. On the 26th I had to cancel the job due to other Renovations in the house. I have contacted the company WELL over 7 times to get a refund. Only with the mention of getting the BBB involved did I get a partial refund.

Learn from us. Prodigy put film shade on the interior of a large number of windows and then skylights. Initial installation was very good. But subsequently, as we tried to get a skylight film repaired as the original was very poorly done, our repeated calls and emails have been largely ignored. This went on for more than 2 years. This is an older home and occasionally we will need to replace a window and the film. We have zero confidence that Prodigy will be there for us. We have moved on to another Victoria supplier who provided great service. Like I said at the start - look elsewhere and learn from us

Excellent company to work with! Great staff, great product and great installation. Very professional from start to finish.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting window film or tinting for their home or office.
