The in-store staff were fine, but the installer they sent could not have been worse. Moved furniture around and cut carpet on my freshly polished hardwood floor instead of the kitchen tile, and refused to wear a mask even after I asked him to. It won't let me post the language I would like to use about this company.

We had a new home built and our builder used Marcella's carpets for all of the flooring. From the moment that we had gone in their sales people were incredibly helpful and accommodating to our needs. They took their time with us and we had never felt rushed at all, and they had even helped us get the best that we could for our home. In the end we had a beautiful product that was one of the most well done parts of our home.
We are incredibly impressed with the job done by Marcella's and their level of customer service. When we require more flooring work to be done it is highly likely that we would go with them and, if we know of someone else that needs work, we will definitely recommend the company. They went above and beyond with their work. Thank you!
The hardwood was amazingly put in. The tiles were very well done. And, while we were worried about the backsplash selection, we now understood why it was recommended. It fits the space perfectly! We are glad that we listened to your recommendations for the selections based on what we like.
