Designer's Home Centre

We purchased and had installed new entry and garage doors from Designer's Home Centre 4 years ago. At the time, we dealt with Greg who was very professional and extremely helpful. Since, we found out that our Hörmann garage doors weren't installed properly (as confirmed by a company representative and a subcontractor of Designer Home) and one of the panel tore and needed to be replaced. Ken, who currently works at Designer's Home Centre, refuses to honor the warranty, avoided my phone calls, etc. I would never deal with them again and strongly recommend to avoid this company at all cost.
