Express Roofing did roofing on my barn. Ralph was paid in full before the job started. About 6 weeks after the roof was completed , the shingles and metal flashing started to blow off.
The company damaged my eaves troughs while completing the roof and Ralph promised to replace them. Almost 2 years has gone by and the company has not fixed the roof or eaves troughs. This is after numerous phone calls to the company asking them to come out and fix my roof which is under the company's 'warranty'. They don't even respond to my phone calls anymore.
All I want is the company to do the right thing and repair the roof shingles, metal flashing and eaves troughs. The roof is still leaking! Not the service one would expect from a company that claims "If you're not a happy customer, you weren't an Express customer"
Company even has the audacity to put pictures of the job on their website.
I expect that I'll need to pursue legal avenues to get this resolved. New slogan for the company: "Be wise; don't use these guys".
