Good news and bad news. Bad first. I telephoned Royal Plumbing on a weekday morning after 9 am. Tinny canned music followed by someone who answered as if he had just woken up. I explained the problem; he said someone would call; I asked when; he answered "soon". Not encouraging, I thought. I waited a couple of hours then booked an appointment with another company. Called Royal to cancel my request. A few minutes later, Mark called to clarify address. After a short conversation, I cancelled the request made to the other company and Mark arrived later that day.
Now the good news. Mark was prompt, efficient and courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We were very happy with the service he provided. Things worked out well despite the bad start.
