We had some issues with our dryer vents and Kevin R. went above and beyond to insure that he fixed it all up before he left. Very happy with his work ethic, and felt that he took careful pride in his work. It would have been 5 stars, but there was an issue with appointment time and communication. Also the price for the service is a bit steep. It worked out to about 180.00 an hr.

Great, friendly service. Helpful on all ends from on the phone to service in my home. Careful manoeuvre ring around my kids, and accommodation to our family. Would definitely use again.

Bought an older home that had the furnace in the center of the basement. Keven came by and made suggestions on making more room by replacing and relocating the old furnace. Charles and Robert made it happen. What a great experience. Super Happy !!

Ed was very polite and knowledgeable. He arrived a bit late but took a thorough look at the problems. The furnace is working fine (I thought it was a bit louder than usual, that's why I called, but it seems it is in the normal range of sound) He even gave me an idea on how to repair with epoxy resin a broken plastic button on the controller (to save me a few hundreds $$$ in replacement). Great!

We have used Acclaimed in the past and were very pleased. Recently we had our ducts cleaned again and had a problem after the friendly technicians; Amadou and Mohammed left. Unfortunately an important step was missed. We let Acclaimed know and they fixed the problem immediately and went above all our expectations. Rob and his fellow tech (sorry forgot his name) did an amazing job. They were very thorough and professional. Customer satisfaction is obviously this companies top priority. We will use Acclaimed again and highly recommend them to anyone. You get your moneys worth and then some!! You are in good hands!

Great job. They accommodated me on short notice. Cam on time, did a great job. They were very respectful of my property,used corner protectors and such. Cleaned up after them. I had two occasions recently to use Acclaimed - one for my house (to repair our furnace) and one for my elderly mother (to repair her water heater). In both case both I and my Mom found the Acclaimed personnel absolutely courteous, knowledgeable and their level of service was not only exemplary but the pricing and timing was spot on. We both wholeheartedly recommend the Acclaimed team for any/all of your HVAC needs - I know that this summer when I have to replace our furnace, my wife, Merri-Ann, and I will not be hesitating to call Acclaimed and I hear my Mom will be doing like-wise with her water heater. Thank you Acclaimed for turning what initially was thought to have potentially been two "oh no! not now!" situations into two happy endings!

This was for one of my rental properties. Obviously I want it to be safe and operating well and also not spend a lot of extra money. They did a fantastic job, the thing that I was most impressive with was they changed the settings on the furnace to save me money on the energy bill and also replaced a belt that would have for sure caused problems this winter.

The men who came to work in our home were very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I could trust them in my home and they were able to explain things to me very clearly. I ended up spending more than I thought I would but it was because I added services that they recommended after explaining why they thought I needed them. They didn't place any pressure on me to accept those services though. I was pleased with the work they did.
