Service was very friendly. Types of toilets was thoroughly explained. We have a septic tank so we were concerned about water and flushing levels. We spent a fair amount of time and visits to make our final selection. Prices were comparable to similar products at big box stores. Very satisfied with our selections and service.

Never having done any major reno work was intimidating to say the least. However, Lorenzo provided us with the information we needed to make our renovation a successful one. He allowed us to take all the time we needed to make the choices for items we were purchasing to redo the bathroom.

We never left Plumbing Warehouse without solutions for all of the problems we were encountering throughout varying stages of our plumbing reno. Lorenzo followed up by telephone to ensure deliveries arrived promptly - and they did.
