After being sold a broken laundry machine and paying to install it. We called the owner to get it fixed. Multiple times he said he would send someone over but never bothered to ask for our address, phone number, or name before hanging up on us. When we went to the store, he again was extremely disrespectful and refused to fix it. The laundry machine never worked. He was dishonest, rude, and unethical!
