AE Security has been our security needs provider since about 1986. I give them my highest recommendation in every respect. The office staff are courteous and most helpful. Elisha and all the technicians (Chris, Justin, Brian) are highly personable, knowledgeable, efficient, expert in their work and never leave me waiting long for answers or maintenance. My loyalty to this company continues to be steadfast.

AE security came in right away to take a look at an issue we were having. He diagnosed the problem immediately but also tested a few other possibilities just to be safe. He then corrected the problem with no trouble whatsoever.

I've been a client of theirs for over 10 years and can't say enough good things about them. We had very good service from AE security. Working with Elisha and the installer Brian. They were both kind, caring, understood our needs and we would definitely work with them again as well as recommend them to our friends and family.

We used these guys to install a Honeywell security system for us. Their quote was pretty competitive to what we had gotten from other service providers. Service was prompt. The manhour cost for installation seemed a bit high (5 hour minimum at $90 per hour!!!!) but the technician had to do some extra work for us after we weren't satisfied with the technical details of the system (the sound of the alarm wasn't loud enough) so we got our money's worth as he did spend a lot of time in installation.

AE Security installed a monitored smoke detector when they installed our new home alarm system. One time when we were out they called us and let us know our smoke detector was going off, and they contacted the fire department. If they hadn't recommended that detector our house may have burned down. Thanks guys!
