Water Filtration & Purification review in Calgary

So, we just went to get our filters changed at the 1-year mark and took in a sample of water to the store and they told us that our water is reading poorly.
So my kids and I have been drinking water that hasn't been filtered for a full year.
Good news is that the company was SO FAST in getting this all fixed up once they found out they had made an error. You know, human error does happen from time to time and it is how the company fixes the error that says it all. Thanks, guys...

Water is WORSE! They installed the valve BACKWARDS!!!!

Water Filtration & Purification review in Calgary

So, we just went to get our filters changed at the 1-year mark and took in a sample of water to the store. They told us that the water has mineral content that is WORSE than Calgary's water!!!! Unbelievable. The valve was installed backwards!
So my kids and I have been drinking water that is worse than what we could have been drinking straight out of the tap.
We are currently in discussion with the company to fix this situation, but I am so angry right now and hopefully they will make good on their error...
