I am very satisfied with this snow removal service.
The regular updates I receive via email and the easy tickets and feedback options are particularly appreciated.
No operation is perfect, but when there is an issue, they deal with it promptly and always to my satisfaction.
Their office staff are always polite and understanding, even under often stressful conditions and tight deadlines
