I am beyond frustrated which is why I'm writing this review. This couple seemed nice enough and at the time I wanted to give them my business not to mention they were cheaper. I now understand why. These people Marlene and Derrick not only messed up the installation meaning we cannot open eight percent of the windows in our house due to their poor installation. In addition, I asked them to come and see what t did. When the showed up they wanted to cut the windows. My husband was at work and so I asked that I wanted to consult with my husband. What a mistake they said they would come back that was February. I have called them many times and they refuse to respond. It's mid July and the house is very stuffy. I have two babies..their lack of compassion and professionalism is very disappointing. Do not give these people your business.
