Unprofessional, unorganized, waited a month for lock , shows up no appointment , over priced , charges for showing up without appt . , would not recommend other businesses to deal with this company.
Paid $150 for a $10 lock which we had to wait one month for .
The company was told to make appt with our facility before coming and changing one simple lock . They not only not make an appointment, but decide to show up when an appt was set next day they stand and demand an overpayment for their work for the other day they decided to show up unnoticed or they won’t leave . Unprofessional unorganized overpriced are best words to describe it

On very short notice and rather under urgent cicumstances, Aim Lock came rapidly to re-key my basement apartment door after the space key being misplaced (tenant did not return their key). This was friendly and efficient service and I would highly recommend them.

Aim Lock on short notice did a great job on my interior door including refit a secure door an locks to secure my office in my house. The work was fantastic no mess and very professional.
