I had Andrew and Peter replace my combo boiler today. Very well done with no issues whatsoever. Found company through Google search when my boiler stopped working last Saturday, Chris showed up that day, their 24 hour on call is real unlike other companies I called before. He did a great job, replaced my motor with a temporary one and made it work. I decided to replace the boiler instead of spending almost half the cost on parts . They quoted me a reasonable price and after the replacement, absolutely no extra charges. I decided to not mess around and price shop the boiler as I valued having their 24 hour service and the peace of mind of their 10 year parts and labor warranty. Look forward to next 10 years of not having to worry what happens if something happens to my furnace. I know I am well looked after with Novel care and their great techs; THANK YOU!

I called novelcare this morning because my furnace was not working properly. By later that day they sent out a repairman to come and take a look. He was very knowledgeable and with in no time had our furnace up and running again. Not only will I use there company again if needed but I will recommend them for anyone that needs furnace work done

In a world where we are constantly inundated with flyers for furnace installation,it can be a real challenge to figure out who is good at what. I am so glad that my search put me in contact with novel care, My business partner but me in contact with Them. Andrew contacted me and was able to expertly assess my needs. I knew that I my needed a furnace, which we could then schedule at a future date.
Chris was my technician. He arrived at my home on time, was friendly and promptly got to work. He was able to answer all the questions that I had. At the completion of his work he walked me through what he had done and went through what needed to be adjusted. We talked a lot about furnace cleaning and how most systems don't actually need cleanings, but rather these are ofter ploys to get people to spend their money. I really appreciated his honesty and candor. I was willing to pay for a cleaning but he point blank said I didn't need one.
As a realtor, I am always looking for great service providers to recommend to my clients. As a homeowner I am looking for great, knowledgeable service. Moving forward I am happy to recommend Novel Care to my clients, friends and family.

Novel Care replaced our old furnace. We are very happy with the entire process. our sales person was honest and professional and highly efficient. He also brought us very competitive quote. The communication with him was very pleasant. Emails were always answered in a timely fashion. Sean and Mike came and installed the furnace. They were also very professional. They tried their best not to disturb our little one's afternoon nap, which we really appreciate. They protected our flooring and did a very good clean up job. After the initial installation, our furnace fan was making louder noise than expected. I called Novel care and they sent Sean and Mike to adjust the fan speed from the factory default to a slower speed that is more suitable to our house. Sean went through the manual with us and showed us what he had changed. We appreciate the professional services they provided. Laura in the office handled our billing paper work. She was also great. We would like to thank everyone for providing us with quality services.

Our 42 year old Boiler unit died this month and I called Novel care to assess the situation. The appointment was timely and the inspection was thorough. There were no high pressure sales tactics used and the estimate for a Boiler and hot water unit replacement was very reasonable. The work was done in a few days and we are happy with the service we received. We will recommend this company to our friends and neighbours.

Novel care installed a navien tankless unit, saved money on my rental. I have much more space in my room. Andrew was a very good young man, I would recommend novel care for sure.

I do appreciate the wonderful installation and the well done job. On top of that, they are honest, they volunteered refund me $215 which I didn't realize that I over paid to them. I highly recommend Novel Care to you, they will get the job done beyond your expectations!
