From our first contact, until the completion of the job, our experience was fantastic. Both Installers were professional and engaging. The work was done with great care and consideration. We would recommend Novel care to anyone looking to have ductless air conditioning installed in their home.

Yesterday I had a new airconditioner installed in my home as noted above ! This is the second time I used your company last winter to install a new boiler furnace and this year the airconditioner . In both , I want to express how extremely happy I am with dealing with your company . Both from a customer service stand point ( your phone reps , the quotation rep and the installers ) regarding the installers , I wish to acknowledge both Marc and Gabe for their professionalism, their honesty and for doing a thorough job with the air conditioner install . They explained every step they were taking to both remove the existing and install the new. In addition They left the area clean and tidy .

I wish to further comment that Marc was also the same installer to my boiler furnace and he took extra special care to ensure my tenants were looked after while installing the boiler . Your company is amazing and the best I’ve experienced to date !

Tom came right away for an estimate and explained all the options well. They set up a time within the week to put in our Panasonic ductless AC. Mike and Shawn came early and were extremely personable and courteous. They did a fantastic job and made sure we were comfortable with everything before they left. The installation was done in about 6 hours and very professional looking and well cleaned up after! Very thankful and impressed with the quick and amazing service!! We would definitely and highly recommend Novel Care. :)

As usual, the service was great! Sean serviced our Panasonic ductless A/C. He was great about describing the issues and options for our a/c and provided quotes for us to review for the different options. Will continue to use Novel care.

We contacted Nobel care to get a quote on completing the ductless Air Conditioning system at our home . Ryan came to our home to provide an assessment of our needs and leave a quote. Ryan was extremely professional and courteous in his assessment. Ryan was thorough in his inspection and was able to show us some of the shortcomings as he well as providing a no charge solution. Ryan’s quote was competitive and he was able to install a new unit the next day. We are extremely satisfied with the work and product that Novel care performed , and a “ Shout Out” to Ryan and his apprentice for a job well done !!

We had our old Mitsubishi ductless replaced with a Panasonic and the customer service and price was excellent. We are so pleased we will have them back to change our boiler later.
Cleaned up after and had been very respectful of our home and property.

Super helpful from the first call right through to the finished work. Panasonic ductless heat pump installed , not one drop of rusty water in the basement or upstairs new ductless air conditioning works great. The price of a new AC with installation was the best price in town ,Fast, efficient, great customer service and affordable. I will be calling them when it’s time to have new boiler.
