First of all I wish to express how satisfied both my husband and I were with the customer service we received when walking through the doors at Milton hardwood!
Belle was a real pleasure to work with, she was able to give us the best price and selection of what we desired for our home.
We choose Superior Hardwood. as the name states, it simply is
Superior.
Her level of customer service and friendliness is so nice to still see..:)
We already have Superior hardwood in our home and to find a supplier so close to home with great customer service, made our

This cross-border delivery required special attention to ensure a successful delivery, which was carefully orchestrated by Milton Hardwood. I worked directly with Richard and he provided exceptional service, was extremely knowledgeable of the products we were considering, and provided prompt responses to emails and phone calls throughout the process. At first, I was hesitant working with a company outside the US, but Richard's service made the final decision to work with Milton Hardwood very easy. Just had my hardwood installed by Milton hardwood and couldn't be happier. The crew did a great job and Richard was amazing to deal with , looks great! I would recommend these guys to anyone interested in installing hardwood in their home.

Both Jessie and Richard were very knowledgeable and very helpful.
Taking samples home made it much easier to make a decision about the kind of flooring and the colour.
Jessie also gave me the info where to get the stairs and where to get the matching stain which was wonderful
I would recommend them with no hesitation.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Richard from Milton Hardwood. Great customer service, fast turnaround and the product was impeccable. I would definitely recommend buying your hardwood from them. It fit in seamlessly with the modern look we were trying to achieve.

Customer service started wonderful at first contact but decreased at every subsequent. I think they started to realize their quote wasn't that profitable (the quote they themselves calculated).
Customer service was poor (I had to babysit the staff in making arrangements to schedule the work), and price changed twice, despite the fact that the scope never changed.
The sanding part of the work was excellent but they messed up the colour, which was the ONLY reason why I needed to sand the floor.
I caught the mistake half way in time to change it but they neither acknowledged the mistake, nor stand for their word or the sample they made me pick from.
I'm gonna say if you want the modern colours/trends and a job that requires slight more care to achieve good results, this store is not for you.

We were adding to existing hardwood in the house. Richard was very informative regarding the product and projected cost. The other staff were also helpful. I had already prearranged installation of the floor with my general contractor so did not utilize Milton Hardwood for the installation. Joe installed the Stair Treads. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his work. That man is an artist. Rather than just cut to fit, he trimmed each tread to fit perfectly between the stringers with with no gaps left to fill. Granted, that created a lot of dust but he did a fine job of clean up. He even laid down adhesive plastic runners to protect the treads prior to another coming in to do the stain. That job remains to be done at this time. I would definitely recommend Milton Hardwood for you flooring needs.

Great customer services and great choices in flooring. Installation crew was amazing! Had a great experience. The floors look absolutely stunning. Definitely would highly recommend this company to others who are looking for great flooring options.

It has been a pleasure to deal with Milton Hardwood Flooring. Richard, the sales person, has been amazing to deal with. He always answers my calls or gets back to me very quickly. He let us take home many samples to be sure which product we wanted and recommended a type of wood that worked best at the cottage. After a lot of research, the quality and price from this store was the best. Thanks to Richard and all of the staff that made our cottage look fabulous!

After searching for hardwood floors for a few months during the early stages of the reno without any luck, I was lucky enough to be referred to Milton Hardwood Floors by a family member.

I was very happy with their selection, service (ask for Jesse, very knowledgeable and easy to work with) , prices and most importantly, quality of work when it came to the install. Everything was flawless and done on time.

I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who is in the market for some new floors.
