We are very satisfied with Granite Guys from start to finish. Easy process to pick stones and get quote with helpful front office staff. We got to see and choose the stones of our preferred category. Project manager, Sandra was always quick to respond our questions. Installation was done within 4 weeks. Joshua & Juan who installed granite were efficient, careful and professional. Our Black Pearl granite countertop and island are in perfect condition and very beautiful. We are so glad we picked The Granite Guys.

I am very satisfied with the work the granite guys did. Right from the start I dealt with Walter Dionello with the purchase to the person that made the templates and finally the installers Josh McKenzie, and Juan Carlos. This is my second dealing with them and I highly recommend their services.

I was very impressed with the care, attitude and knowledge of the installers on site. The seams were very well done. They gave valuable information for daily use and long term care.

I wanted a new ceasarstone product that was difficult to find. Granite Guys had it in stock and gave me a deal since it was a remnant, bonus! Justin the estimator was great! He gave us the idea to not use the backsplash since it just didn't quite look right, the tile does look better. The installers Josh and Jaun Carlos were punctual, friendly and very helpful with advice on caring for our ceasarstone and granite in our kitchen. Amanda was also very friendly and helpful! She recommended I call Call Canadian Plumbing for any fixtures etc we might need for our knew bathroom. That helped us save hundreds of dollars! Thanks so much to the team, we are thrilled with our results!

From the time we entered the Granite Guys shop to the completion of our Kitchen Project, we were assisted in in matching our existing floors and cabinets to granite selection by their Designer Tammy Jamieson. Her help and assistance up front and in the selection of our back splash was greatly appreciated and ensured we had a combination that highlighted the new granite and our rvamped kitchen. We would also like to thank the installers Walter Dionello and Joshua McKenzie for their professional installation and support, it was a pleasure to have them enter our home. To all others who work in the background we can only say thanks for all your help and assistance in making this installation a positve experience. This is the second time we have used The Granite Guys. This time they installed new granite kitchen countertops to a home we just recently purchased. They excelled in three areas for us:

1. they were very helpful in choosing the right granite for our project
2. They offered great suggestions about how we might remove our existing countertops without disturbing our backslash as we did not want to change it.
3. They also offered us some great advice about how to close up the 5/8" gap between the backsplash and the counter that was going to be created by taking out the old countertops.

The crew that installed the counter was professional, courteous and helpful as was the plumber that they had recommended. GREAT JOB FELLOWS!!

Amazing service. Josh and Juan Carlo were punctual, very professional, friendly and efficient. The counters look great and they didn't leave any mess. They explained everything and I would absolutely recommend them and the company in a heartbeat!

I took my clients to Granite Guys to look for counter tops. We were able to find a granite that they liked. Arrangements were made for the templating to be done. It went off without a hitch. Installation day came and one of the tops was not a good fit. (a templating problem due to a mirror having been left in place when the template was made.) Josh and Juan Carlos immediately jumped into action. The good tops were installed and arrangements were made to have Kevin adjust the template the same day and the new top was installed 7 days later.by Juan Carlos and Kevin. Very Impressive!
