Ontario Duct Cleaning

Telephoned Ontario Duct Cleaning, Gormley, ON office and asked for a quote. Lady gave her name as Jennifer and quoted $261.45 based on "less than 22 vents". I accepted and two days later, serviceman arrives, performs work, and presents bill for $324.45. I was not home at the time and my wife paid the amount of $324.45. Subsequent phone calls to Jennifer to correct the price were to no avail - she claimed she couldn't have misquoted. She promised to have her boss call me, but three months later, I am still waiting. While it could have been a clerical error, the way in which my complaint was handled leads me to believe it was more likely a "bait and switch" tactic.
