I decided to rent my townhouse rather than sell it, unfortunately I didn't get the "executive"tenants I wanted and they trashed the place. I got one company in to clean the black carpets back to beige and that one hour was a waste of money.
I called Ian and he was up front and honest with me saying that he might not get it back to brand new but it would be a lot better.
Much to my delight after 3 hours the carpet looked about 95% of the original.
Thanks Ian for your honesty and the great job you did on my carpets.
I highly recommend Bridge City to anyone who needs carpet cleaning done.
