These guys did a terrible job on our kitchen. Do not use them! We wanted the best and paid them $25k+ They were amateurs in every respect. Counters weren't level, crown molding wasn't installed properly. Damage from poor installation. When I complained the owner decided to stop fixing their mistakes and he abandoned the job. We withheld final payment so now they are suing us. Unreal. Don't make the same mistake we did. Choose professionals.

Very pleased with our new kitchen installation.
Patrick, the designer, had great ideas, very helpful and patient with all the decisions a home owner has to make with a new kitchen.
Kevin, the owner, was very meticulous about having the installation done right and on time. He is very easy going to work with.
Bryan, the installer, was so efficient. He cared about doing a great job, the proper way, for the client. His carpentry skills are top notch.
All work was performed on schedule. All team members did a fantastic job of keeping the work site tidy and clean.
We would certainly recommend Premier Kitchens for anyone considering their company.

I was very impressed with the a new design Heather came up with for our
small galley kitchen. She was extremely professional and immediately sent me diagrams and pricing all from my phone call and looking at pictures she pulled up on the internet from our rental website. All the work was completed on time exactly as promised. Each person involved from the installers Brian and Jake to the quartz counter top installers Farhad, Cole and Connor were all very professional and did excellent work. Heather was always available and helpful in answering any questions I had and giving suggestions when I asked. Dean was also available to answer questions if Heather wasn't in. I would highly recommend Premier Kitchens to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Quality of cabinets & counter is good & installers likewise.
Had a minor problem where the owner would NOT come back to see & address.
Owner was extremely rude.
We were warned in advance about the owner however experienced it our selves.
Definitely would not endorse this company.

My wife and I are very happy with our new kitchen. Dean knows how to keep his customers happy. Dean listened to us and came up with the perfect design. We were impressed that the installation commenced when promised and Dean was able to coordinate with another company doing the floors. The installation took less time than I expected after listening to the stories of woe from friends who did not use Premier Kitchens. The installers were pleasant and professional. They treated our home with respect and the installation with great care. On completion they made fine adjustments to ensure that every drawer and cupboard lined up perfectly. There was a pride in workmanship that is rarely experience today. I would have no reservation recommending Aya Collingood (Premier Kitchens) to my closest friend.

Terrible. Negative billing, improper countertop and sink installation resulting in blistering and lifting, refusal to honour contract guarantee and refusal to go to job site to see damage. Owner did not follow up on job site and has never seen the issues with the kitchen, Very poor customer service. Complaints have been lodged with Better Business Bureau and The Ontario Consumer Protection Agency.

My experience with these people is typical of a company in a community where there is little or no competition. They are rude, don't care about customer service and nickel and dime you to death. I would not recommend this company.
