New front door installed in January 2023. In early March we had a snow storm and the snow that accumulated on the door glass and sidelights was melting and leaked inside between the door frame and glass edge. I emailed AWARD with pictures but no reply. We didn't bother contacting AWARD again as this was a small amount and during regular rain showers our door does not get wet... Now in August 2023 we had a severe rain storm that was blowing rain onto the front of the house and the same thing happened but worse. Our entryway was flooding from all the rain. The left and right casing near the bottom have swollen from the water. I emailed a video AND called this time. Someone on the phone said they would send out a technician.
When they arrived they removed the inside glass trim and tightened some screws. They also added silicone around the outside glass where it meets with the door frame trim. Even though the silicone is not that visible it looks awful up close on a new $7000 door! There should be no silicone is this area of the door. None of my neighbors have silicone and their doors don't leak. This seems like a temporary fix. They told me if it leaks again to call.
I have mixed feelings about AWARD, and the manufacturer deserves a fail. There seems to be absolutely no quality control or experience. Because of this I would not do business with them again.

Had a new front door installed today. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of the two installers - Jeff & Mike. They did an excellent job and met all our requirements including getting our screen door back on. Highly recommend this company. Very impressed.

I'd highly recommend Award Windows and Doors because of their professionalism, craftsmanship and superior installers. I shopped around a few places but, what I liked about Award was their down to earth nature and friendly demeanor. Their prices are comparable but it's the fact that they do the manufacturing that sold me. We even referred them to family due to Jason being very personable. Their installers are very skilled and efficient. I will definitely use them again when I'm ready to do window replacements.

We shopped around and found Award Windows had the best price, we picked our style and stain with Jason, we agreed on the price and the installation date. They confirmed one week in advance, when they arrived the installers Emir and Alex were AWESOME! They were professional and knowledgeable. The final result was outstanding, they cleaned up, my wife and I are so happy with the whole process.

I was so pleased with our whole house window replacement 2 years later I had Award come back to replace the back door. Their crews are professional and friendly with spotless finishing trim, capping, caulking and cleanup inside and out. Despite the pandemic they completed the work in a timely safe manner with good communication and competitive quotes. We've recommended Award to our neighbors and have heard nothing but praise for their workmanship. We'll be having them back again for our next project.

Mike and Mike from Award Windows did an excellent job installing two bedroom windows. They arrived at the scheduled time. They were very professional and knowledge of the job they were doing. They cleaned up inside and outside of our home before they left.
We would highly recommend Award Windows and will use them in the future.

We received quotes from several window companies and quickly discovered pretty much everybody ‘claims’ their windows are superior. We also researched windows online, as well as visited manufacturer showrooms and ‘big box’ retailers. After careful evaluation, we felt Award seemed to offer the best overall quality for the price quoted.
Award was the ONLY company that genuinely understood our concerns with regards to finances and overall project cost. They even went so far as to identify windows in our home that we might consider replacing at a later date as opposed pushing an annoying ‘up-sale’ which is so frustrating, especially when it occurs even after you’ve expressed cost concerns. Jason meticulously reviewed our options, offering thoughtful advice on the types of windows and colors for us to consider. We never felt rushed, nor pressured. Award worked with us, seeing Jason come to our home three times and then unexpectedly showing up again during the installation just to ensure everything was running smoothly.
The installation was seamless, clean and courteous. The installers’ experience was evident as I watched them make what I assumed would be challenging windows pop out and surgically insert new in, without incident. I took note as they sealed and applied a proper vapor barrier around the new windows meaning there are no draft or future condensation concerns. It’s amazing that the installation was completed in one day and yet shines with attentive, meticulous workmanship.
The new windows have resulted in a wonderful architectural improvement to our home’s curb appeal as well as a beautiful interior aesthetic. Passersby can’t seem to help but comment on their sharp appearance. When all was done, I jokingly commented to my wife that, Award really should have some kind of slogan, “Reward your home with Award” comes to mind. Anyway, as you probably can tell, we love our new windows!
