Job supposed to be done Sept 30th. It is now October 8th and all they have completed is the lino in the bathrooms and kitchen. Change of plans on their part - wood to be started Oct 7, completed Oct 9. Well tomorrow is Oct 9th and they haven't even ripped out the carpet yet or started one iota of the wood. I didn't move into the premises until Oct 4th so they had this nice empty house to work in for a full month. No contact since the 4th to explain yet another delay. Would not recommend.

We had a terrible experience with this company and would never recommend them. They measured the area incorrectly. Laid the carpet in different directions with a "patch" of carpet in our short hallway...they said this was "industry standard". We gave them our charge card number for deposit, and they went ahead and charged the whole job. They rectified this, but then charged another amount after then job was complete ~ without our approval. They eventually re-ordered new carpeting and completed the job, but it is still not an excellent job. We had to fight with them every step of the way....they said the installer would have to pay for the mistakenly laid carpet! John the "boss" called at one point when we were fighting to have new carpet ordered and all he cared about was being paid as he said they get paid when the job is done...even though the carpet was going in all different directions!!! What a way to run a company!

I have been unable to find a concentrate hardwood floor cleaner at any of the box stores. I called around to different flooring stores and Fitz had the product and were very helpful. Other flooring stores that I had called would barely give me the time of day as my purchase was a relatively small purchase.

We were finishing our basement and wanted to match the carpet in the rest of the house. We heard that Fitz did the original flooring and went to them to see if they could match it. We were thrilled to see that they kept the records of our original builder and they were so helpful in getting us the matching carpet. We were very impressed with their customer service.

Had the mud room and laundry room flooring replaced. They are very helpful in the showroom with helping you choose the right product for you. Install was great as well. They are expensive but worth it for the quality and service.

You wouldn't think that they would do blinds but they do! Fitz Flooring also have a great selection of hunter douglas! They come to your home with the samples which is super convenient!

We are really pleased with the carpet we recently had installed in our basement. It is so soft and great looking. The installation was not without its minor dings to the walls and popcorn ceiling but Fitz took immediate steps to correct the issues. The ceiling is not quite as good as it once was in a couple small spots (the color is slightly off where it was touched up) but what else can you expect when you're renovating. Overall, very pleased with the carpet and company.
