The work was completed, with very little inconvenience. Jeremy was very helpful with the quote and still had great advice for us, even after collecting the final payment. The only issue was having to wait for the key to the skylight so long after the roof and skylight were installed, because they forgot it and had to reorder.

I decided on T Simpson Roofing after several quotes because they have been around for a long time and were willing to work on the price for me. The crew worked hard all day to get the new roof done. However, there were a few concerns that I had after the installation. They sent someone to inspect my concerns right away and a crew was booked to fix the issues shortly after. Everyone I dealt with at T Simpson Roofing always responded very quickly whether returning calls or emails especially Jeremy. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly from beginning to end. There follow up and customer service is outstanding.

Very professional crew, only took one day for installation.

As well he went one step further and had us move to code by increasing are vents on the roof so we now meet code which will help our roof by increasing ventilation which should prolong the life of the new shingles.

Our encounter with Jeremy when he arrived at our home to give us an estimate, was very impressive. Jeremy was the only consultant that actually went on our roof, took photos to show us, and sat with us to go over every detail of T. Simpson’s quality in materials and warranty. After a few estimates, all others taking approximately 15 minutes, we choose T. Simpson to do our roof. Jeremy was one of the deciding factors, very professional gentleman, and very informative. After a rain delay our roof was completed quickly. The appearance of the work is A-1. The roofers were swift in their task and when the job was complete the clean up was immaculate. Very few pieces of debris were found.

I have to say how pleased I am with the job that T. Simpson Roofing just did on my home. Everything from start to finish was so professional, from Jeremy in sales patiently answering all my questions to the team of installers who came to do the work itself. I'll be sure to recommend T. Simpson Roofing in future.

Added insulation around the house and replaced the siding and also trimmed around the windows.

Jeremy and the rest of the customer service staff were great, right from our initial call and through the whole experience. They answered every question, and were very flexible and fair when it came to small changes/requests. The roofing crew was courteous and knowledgable, and kept us updated as work progressed, including some photos. It's a large roof but they managed to get it all done in one day. Clean up could have been a little better, but I'm not complaining. A separate crew came to replace the aluminum 2 weeks after the roof was complete and they were great; very proud, passionate and meticulous when it came to their work. All-in-all the house looks amazing, and we have full confidence that it will stand the test of time.
